Operates the website using its own resources or, where applicable, with the help of third parties. The Operator holds the exclusive copyright to all materials published on larosa.cz, or holds valid licences from third parties for such materials. Minor
A natural person who has not yet reached the age of majority under the law applicable at their place of residence. In the Czech Republic, a person under 18 years of age is considered a minor.

Advertiser
A person who has their own page (profile) on larosa.cz – typically a masseuse or masseur presenting themselves and their services through the website. The presentation may include personal or professional characteristics, a list of services offered, photographs and other related information.

4. Terms of use and browsing of larosa.cz

6. Booking and cancellation

• Bookings can be made by phone or via WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram.
• A booking can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge no later than 2 hours before the agreed time, by phone or via the messengers listed above.
• Payment for services is made in cash on site.

7. Changes to these Terms

The Operator reserves the right to change, rephrase or otherwise modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Users are required to review the current version of these Terms regularly. If the user continues to use the website after changes have been made, they are deemed to accept the changes without reservation.
